Dedicated Sports Coverage Service
JunLilly Photography offers a unique Dedicated Sports Event Coverage Service.
Service details are listed above. In simple terms, for the pre-registered athletes, I treat them like my own and provide special attention throughout the event. In doing so, I capture the athlete and the event, post-process the images, and then deliver those digital images to the client to be enjoyed and appreciated for years to come.

\What happens after I pre-register for coverage at an event?
I will cover the event, go through the images to identify the keepers, post process the images, and upload your images to an Online Gallery within the CaptureLife app. When the images are available online, you will get notifications via email and text indicating the images are available to view and download. The notifications include a unique link to your gallery. I strongly recommend clients immediately download the original, hi-res digital files locally (phone and/or computer). Be sure and download the original file ... not screenshots or right-click "save as".
Can I just forward the CaptureLife notification that includes the gallery link to other friends or family?
No. The link within the CaptureLife notification is unique for just you. If forwarded, then others will be asked to register and login to CaptureLife, which is not necessary. To share the online gallery with others, you should follow the link that takes you to the online gallery within the CaptureLife webapp and share from within the webapp.
What can clients do with the Digital Downloads? Do they come with a print release?
As a dedicated coverage client, you will receive the images in an online gallery for you to view and download. The images provided include a Personal License extended to you by JunLilly Photography. The Personal License: JunLilly Photography (Photographer) grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) (aka "Media") subject to the following restrictions: This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints for personal use. The Media may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The Media may not be used in advertising without prior consent by Photographer. The Media may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Photographer. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided "as is." Photographer will not be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Media.
Can one GIFT the Coverage Service to others? Absolutely!
If you are interested in Gifting the service to a friend or family member, then simply register the athlete like they are your child and reach out to me directly BEFORE the event occurs. I can change the client information within the system to ensure the images are delivered to the right person.
What doesJunLilly Photography do with the Digital Files of the athlete or performer following an event?
As the photographer, JunLilly Photography retains copyright ownership of all images. By hiring JunLilly Photography to provide the dedicated coverage service, clients grant approval for JunLilly Photography to use images of athletes or performers forJunLilly Photography's Marketing and Media use promoting the photographer's talent and services, including multi-image montages and posters.JunLilly Photography Marketing and Media uses include and are not limited to Social Media platforms, business cards, marketing cards, and website.
